"I've had such great experiences with this State Farm team! I was T-boned last year in a parking lot, and they fought diligently when the other party claimed I was liable. Then when there was a mixup with the roadside towing plan this year, their team again worked tirelessly to help me get my out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed (thanks, Jill!).
