"This office is the most unhelpful group of people, unless you're being sold something. We've been trying to transfer life insurance policies since April, to a new company. All we get is a run around. The one person who can do anthing, is apparently always out of the office. Will not return calls. I was told this was taken care of months ago, and nothing. No communication.

State farm is the worst insurance company we have ever dealt with. Auto coverage was good, until it just kept increasing and we eventually cancelled those policies years ago.

We will never do business with State Farm again, and will absolutley never recommend them. We've been customers for 20 years."

I can no longer drive that car to help out family members or do drop offs at the airport. I’ve also had to call and initiate every step of the claim process associated with the accident. Really disappointed the “neighbor” that I’ve worked with for 19 years and never missed a payment has refused “to be there” after one accident. Also. Every quote I’ve gotten from other providers since being told they will no longer ensure me is significantly cheaper than what I currently pay. Quality right there."

"I want to start by saying that the beginning of this statement is not the premise of why I am writing this review, but just to provide context. I was in a car accident a few years ago that has been to say the least, a difficult process and is still ongoing. The corporate end of State Farm, to put it bluntly, was a total disappointment throughout the process. However, if we’re being honest with ourselves, the corporate end of anything these days has become a disappointment. I wanted to find another insurance company, but it has been Kresha Brems' team that has kept me around. State Farm should give them an award as they could only hope to be as good as her agents. I had a conversation with Ashley Walker, who is the account manager for Kresha, and she was not just professional, but also caring. Not just the typical lip service you get from most, but I mean genuinely compassionate. She talked to be like a person and had a conversation, even though she was probably very busy and didn’t have to take an extra second of her day to do anything other than what I was calling for, but she did. I have had other employees at this agency be very kind and helpful as well, but Ashley was truly exceptional. She took care of my request and made sure I understood everything. This type of service and people like Ashley are the reason I’ve stayed with State Farm. So, to Ashley, I’d like to say thank you very much for being a good person, a professional and helping me take care of my concerns."
